When doing an estimate do you bill for all materials needed to complete a job, Such as sandpaper, cleaning sprays or would this fall under tools?
I normally don’t bill for those kinds of things, however, if I know I will use an entire pack of sandpaper or anything else on a job then I will include that in the bill.

Could possibly fall under material markups, set a minimum for markups to cover items like this.
